Offer Availability
This offer is available to Axiocentric LLC website design clients only. To receive this offer it must be in writing in your design contract. This offer is valid for hosting accounts through Gravity Networks only. If for any reason your hosting account is closed you will not receive a refund for any credit still on your account. This credit will be refunded to Axiocentric LLC.
Offer Value
The retail value of this offer is limited to one hundred and ten (110.00) dollars. Upon successful completion of the design contract your account for Gravity Networks will be opened through Axiocentric LLC. Axiocentric LLC will credit your account with one hundred and ten (110.00) dollars. Offer covers any overages or extras purchases incurred by the client UP TO the credit amount left on the account. ANY overages or extras that exceed the credited amount will be charged to the client. The client may pay for any overages or extras not included by either credit card or check to Gravity Networks.
Domain Names
If you have not yet purchased your domain name for your site, part of the account credit can be used for the name purchase. This purchase must be made through Gravity Networks when setting up the account. Credit is not valid towards secondary domain name purchases.
Hosting Plans
This offer is good for any hosting packages provided by Gravity Networks. You may upgrade your package at any time, applying any remaining credit to the new account.
Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy
You must agree to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy of Gravity Networks. These policies are available on the Gravity Networks website. If you do not agree to these policies, you forfeit your eligibility for this offer. You will not receive any credit for this offer.
Liability
Axiocentric LLC is not responsible for any account maintenance or setup of the hosting account except for the initial account creation. The client is responsible for account maintenance and setup. Help on this can be found in the support section of the Gravity Networks website. Axiocentric LLC is not responsible for any offers, guarantees, contracts, verbal offers made by Host Authorize LLC to the client. Axiocentric LLC is not responsible for any downtime or account problems that may occur. Any problems should be handled through Host Authorize's ticket support system.
